- Contact Details: Names, addresses, and email addresses collected for service provision and invoicing.
- Technical Data: For remote support, we use secure, one-time connections that expire immediately after the session.
- Automated Processing (n8n & Google Drive): To facilitate our services, we use n8n to automate data workflows. This may include securely transferring files or form data you provide to our Google Drive storage. Your data is processed only for the specific purpose of completing your request.
Data Security & Retention
- Encryption: All data is stored on encrypted systems.
- Retention: Data accessed during recovery is treated as strictly confidential and is deleted from our systems 14 days after the job is closed.
- CCTV Data: Compliance with filming boundaries and the Data Protection Act remains the responsibility of the property owner.
2. Terms of Service
Twisha Infotech is not liable for any data loss during repairs, hardware updates, or data recovery attempts. Customers are strictly required to ensure a full backup is made before submitting any device for service.
- Labor & Diagnostics: A non-refundable diagnostic/labor fee applies to all assessments, even if a device is deemed unrepairable or Beyond Economical Repair (BER).
- 90-Day Warranty: Warranty applies strictly to the specific parts installed. It does not cover new faults, software issues, liquid damage, or accidental drops occurring after the repair.
- Abandoned Items: Equipment left for more than 60 days after a “ready for collection” notice will be recycled or sold to cover storage and administrative costs.
- Service Notice: Monthly SEO or Managed IT plans require 30 days’ written notice for cancellation.
3. Payment Terms
- Due Date: Invoices are due within 7 days of the invoice date.
- Parts: Payment for replacement parts (e.g., MacBook screens, server hardware) may be required in advance before ordering.
- Refunds: Labor fees are non-refundable. Hardware returns are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
- VAT: As a small business, we do not currently charge VAT.
